The Zōk is an amazing tool for relief of both migraines and tension headaches for me. I use it as more of a preventative, when I feel tension and pressure build up in my head. It took a few weeks to get used to, to find just the right angle and depth to begin the pressure release. I'll be using it for life!

I started using Migranium about 4 months ago, and the difference I can tell in headaches is huge. I used to get at least a headache a day; sometimes, I wouldn't get them early enough, and they would turn into migraines. To stop them, I was taking lots of OTC drugs to help get the headaches under control. I got very annoyed and concerned about how often I was taking the OTC medicine, and so I went looking for other migraine/headache relief. That's when I found Migrainum. I know it's something I found on Instagram. I get it, but truly, I have not felt better than in the last four months, and rarely ever have to take any OTC medicine anymore. The fact that this is like a multi-vitamin that fights headaches is amazing. I feel so blessed to have found this product! Highly recommend!

I bought this several months ago after seeing it online all the time and my dad pointing it out to me as well. I bought it, tried it, didn’t love the taste. Didn’t drink it daily. Didn’t think it worked. Stuck it in the cabinet and forgot about it. I drink propel water daily. It’s about the only way to get water in me. My water needs flavor. Four weeks ago - getting headaches every other day. Stop drinking coffee and energy drinks. Three weeks ago - still got three headaches that week. Two weeks ago, I run out of propel packets. I have no extra money. I can’t go buy propel. What am I going to drink? I see the migranium in the cabinet. What the heck, I’ll try it again. Put a packet in some water, shake it up. Stick it in the fridge to get cold. (Being ice cold makes it better) Doesn’t taste too bad. I decide to drink one every morning. For the past two weeks I have had one headache. I usually get a couple a week. I may just be optimistic at this point, but I’m going to keep drinking it every morning. I have an abundance of packets left and can’t wait to try the new lemon lime flavor.

I was suffering from migraines every month. My doctor had just started me on a new medication at the same time that I started using Zok Migrainium. After one month of both, I decided to stop the Migrainium to try to determine which one had stopped my headaches. Was it the medication or the Migrainium? The following month, right on schedule, the headaches returned. I immediately ordered Migrainium again. I’ve been using it again daily for the past five months, and haven’t had one migraine since !! This stuff works!!

Zok Relief Migranium has been a lifesaver for me. I was scrolling on social media and saw this product and was excited but skeptical too. Ive suffered from migraines from almost 30 yrs. Ive been on all kinds of medication, tried shots, did botox , which did help but it hurt so bad. I just wanted something more natural. This Stuffs Works!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was starting to get a migraine and drank the mix in my water and noticed later that day my head wasn't hurting anymore. Now I take it just about everyday. But try this out for yourself. It worked for me.

100% HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I've had migraines since I was a kid. It was always try this pill or just put an ice pack or lay down and sleep or eat better and yes it all helps but its a temporary fix. I came across Zok and gave it a shot thinking it might also be a temporary fix. But when I went 3 days without a headache I was like wow! this might be something. When I went a week then 2 then 3 without pain I was in shock like wow this is what normal pain free life is?..its so amazing!!! Im hooked!

On my 2nd month and not only have I noticed a decrease in my migraines but I have also noticed an incredible decrease in muscle cramps. For years I’ve struggled with sever cramping “Charley horse” throughout my body with nothing helping. Since starting migranium I barely get any and when I do they are not nearly as severe. Loving both flavors, wish there was an option to get both in 1 bag!

I have dealt with Chronic Hormonal Migraines for 6 years now. I have tried many different over the counter meds and remedies and prescriptions. Nothing ever seemed to help long lasting. My Migraines hit just before, during, and after my menstrual cycle, and again at times between my cycles. Most of the time the migraine lasts 24 to 48 hours at a time, sometimes longer. Most of my days are spent in a fog of before headaches, full migraine, and then the hangover phase. Some weeks I hardly function at all and running a small business and homeschooling 2 kids, I need my time for them. I can say the first few days of having this and having a headache start it was hard not to reach for the prescriptions but I made the drink instead and waited. Within an hour the headache/migraine would slowly go away until it was gone completely. I have only been drinking 1 a day but one day during my cycle I drank 2 because the migraine was not going away. So with the second drink and a nap it was gone. The Lemon Lime Flavor i was worried because I do not like lemon lime but it really is a good flavor. I have very much enjoyed the lemon lime. It's like a Lemonade with a little twist of lime to it. Sorry not sorry for the long review. I just wanted to give a really good honest review about my experience this far. Only been drinking migranium since March 17, 2026 and it's been amazing for me.

I cannot recommend this supplement enough. I have a long history of NDPH and chronic migraines. This really helps keep my headaches at a more manageable level. It is absolutely a supplement that you need to take every single day and not skip. It tastes great (love the lemon lime flavor), and my doctor is very happy with the ingredients. I can count on maybe one hand the supplements or medications that have helped me - give this a try!

I have suffered for the past 10yrs with migraines. Many doctor appointments scans, MRIs or blood work to just be on 20 different medications and 80lbs of weight gain. 2019 I stopped all the medications and stopped seeing doctors for my migraines. I would just deal with it, go to work and suffer more. Sometimes Excedrian tension kinda helped but nothing else would. Since using one package a day I have not had to take Excedrian or any pain medication. It's only been a few weeks but I can tell the difference. No pain at the base of my skull or behind the eyes. NOTHING. I am going to order and subscribe to continue to feel amazing every day!!
