Got my order and after doing some research I kept finding that there was no actual medical research done for this, and quite a few reviews from people that had actual doctors. Tell them to stop using immediately and could possibly cause eardrum problems that I already have as well kind of desperate being that I’ve had migraines most of my life they’re absolutely debilitating, but to be honest scared to even use these and would prefer to have my money back after realizing that there’s no actual medical proof to any of this and any journal or any medical doctor has approved so very skeptical and won’t be using him after I bought two of them kind of just ripped off

My son who is 14 gets migraines. We’ve tried so many natural treatments but nothing worked as well as medication. Until this! It took a few tries till he found the proper way that works best for him, but now if he feels one coming on, he can grab it, use it in both ears and almost always prevent it from turning into a full migraine. I was experiences horrible head congestion and pressure for weeks. I tried so many medications that would work and then stop working, I was beyond frustrated. I came across an ad for zok and thought why not give this a try. The first time I used it I didn’t do it right and my ear hurt, so I went back and read over the instructions again. Now I figured it out and my head pressure diminished each and every time I used it.

I absolutely love Zok. I had one for years and sadly lost it. I just purchased another and don’t know how I went months without it. I have several vestibular disorders along with TMJ issues, tinnitus and tension headaches. I got my Zok it was a life changer. When I feel a headache or one coming on, I depress the Zok, place it in each ear for 30 seconds or so. Headache is gone. Strange but true to know pressure in the head can be relieved this way. Simple, brilliant and I need another one for my purse!

I just got my Zok device today and boy am I glad because I had a really bad sinus headache. I tried the first method in the instructional video but it didn't work. Then I tried the second method and that one did the trick for me. I had instant relief once I tried the second method.

I was quite skeptical about the Zok, as I have had migraines and sinus headaches since I was a teen. When I first tried Zok, I couldn't get a good seal. But after repeated efforts. I GOT IT! Now I use my Zok a couple of times a day to help me with the lingering headaches following a RCVS stroke in January. While my headaches haven't gone AWAY, the Zok lets me find relief so I can function!

I bought this for my 10 year old who suffers from migraine. I tried it in myself first (I did not have a headache) and felt nothing. My daughter tried it while having an active migraine. While, it did not take it away she felt some definite pain while it was in her ears. Hoping it will start removing pressure after shes tries it again

I love this product! It works for me every time. I bought this a while back & used it here & there for general pressure headaches. I would say it was about 50% effective. However, in my second trimester nearly every day I experience painful pressure in my head/face that would set in every afternoon. When I remembered to try this it provided relief immediately!
