What is your return policy?

We try to ship our products out as quickly as possible, which means we might not catch your order in time to change it.

Because of the thousands of customers that have experienced relief, we provide guaranteed relief or a 100% money-back guarantee of the product(s) if no level of relief was experienced. If this is the case, just let us know and we will be more than willing to help you return your product(s) for a full product refund within 90 days for the ZŌK device and 50 days for Migranium. 

 

Migranium Returns

You are eligible for a full refund on one unit (30-day supply) of our product within 50 days of purchase. This applies even if the product has been opened and used.

If you purchased multiple units and wish to return them, a refund will be provided for any unopened units with the seal intact.

If you have opened and used multiple units, only one unit will be eligible for a full refund. Refunds for additional units will only be processed if they remain unopened and have the seal unbroken.

 

ZŌK Device Returns

To complete your return, we require you to provide the original packaging, a receipt or proof of purchase, and an RMA number assigned from our customer success team. The 90 day ZŌK Device & 50 day Migranium return policy is exclusive to US orders only.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected (shipping expenses are not refundable), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Levels of relief vary case by case. Some individuals might experience a lesser degree of relief than others, however, it is common for Zōk users to experience increased levels of tension and pressure relief the longer they consistently use Zōk on a daily basis.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If any product(s) are damaged or compromised upon arrival, please reach out to us at within 30 days and we will provide a free replacement.
